User Agreement for WebWiz.ee

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User”) and WebWiz.ee (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This agreement governs your access to and use of the WebWiz.ee platform and services (“Services”). By accessing our Services, you agree to comply with this Agreement fully.

1.1 **Eligibility**
– You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.
– Only one account per user is allowed unless otherwise approved by WebWiz.ee.

1.2 **Registration**
– You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
– You must update your information if it changes.

1.3 **Account Use**
– You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
– Unauthorized sharing or account misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.

2.1 **Role of WebWiz.ee**
– WebWiz.ee is a work marketplace where businesses (Clients) and service providers (Freelancers) can find each other and create projects.
– WebWiz.ee does not directly oversee or warrant the quality of services offered by users.

2.2 **Independent Relationships**
– Contracts and projects formed between Users (e.g., between Clients and Freelancers) are agreements directly between those Users. WebWiz.ee is not a party to these contracts.

2.3 **Fair Use**
– Users must adhere to local laws and agree not to use the platform for anything illegal or harmful.

### **3. Payments and Fees**
3.1 **Platform Fees**
– Fees apply to all transactions made via the WebWiz.ee platform. Fees will be clearly disclosed to Users before any transaction.

3.2 **Transparency of Payments**
– All payments for contracts between Users must be made through the WebWiz.ee system. Circumventing the platform for payments is prohibited.

3.3 **Refunds and Refund Policies**
– Refund requests will be subject to our internal policies and at our discretion.

### **4. Content and Confidentiality**
4.1 **User Responsibility**
– Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during contracts or transactions.

4.2 **User Content**
– Users are solely responsible for any profiles, feedback, or content they post on the platform.
– We reserve the right to remove content deemed inappropriate or in violation of this Agreement.

5.1 **Resolution Procedures**
– WebWiz.ee encourages Users to resolve disputes independently. However, our platform may provide facilitated dispute resolution options when necessary.

5.2 **Liability Disclaimer**
– WebWiz.ee is not liable for disputes or damages arising from interactions or contracts between Users.

6.1 **User Termination**
– You may terminate your account at any time. Some terms, such as those related to payment, confidentiality, and disputes, will survive account closure.

6.2 **Our Rights**
– We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach the terms of this Agreement or for any activity harmful to the platform or its users.

– WebWiz.ee is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

7.4 **Force Majeure**
– We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or network failures.
